Effective September 13, 2004

 1.       Provide RSAOR with 1500 copies for distribution.  Deadlines are as follows; Monday
          at 10:00 a.m., for Tuesday delivery and Wednesday at 10:00 a.m., for Thursday
          delivery.  Flyers with bold, dark borders cannot be accepted.

2.       Flyers will be distributed on any MLS listed property.   RSAOR Affiliate members may
          advertise their company or themselves, social events sponsored by their company,
          business related fees or rates of the RSAOR Affiliates company.  Distribution will be
          to the full membership.

3.       All REALTOR® flyers must meet the following requirements:
• listing agents name, company and office phone number
• property address
• list price of property

4.       No flyer will be distributed that contains:
          • any copyrighted materials
          • any preference, limitations or discriminations based on race, color,
             religion, sex, handicap, familial status or national origin.
          • any real estate agent solicitation

5.       NEW Distribution Fee for pre-printed flyers:

                   • RSAOR Member $19.95 per distribution
                        • Non-member $39.95 per distribution

Non-member prices apply to REALTOR® Members ONLY of other Boards/Associations.
Affiliate members of other Boards/Associations are NOT able to utilize this service.
