Our
mission and pledge as a trade association is to assure that each
member has sufficient real
estate services and products to enhance their freedom and ability to
conduct their individual businesses competently and with integrity and
collectively promote the preservation
of real property rights.
Rancho Southeast is certainly not "the new kid on the block" with over
80 years of tried and true concerns for our members.
Our products and forms are competitive in price and in many cases,
lower. The delivery service twice weekly brings hot sheets, previews,
bulletins, and flyers as well as products, to the member’s front door.
We continue to fight for private property rights, low taxes, keeping
utility fees to a minimum
and affordable housing opportunities in our
local areas.
Our office
is centrally located just off
the 605 freeway for members to purchase products as well as receive
hands-on training.
Our staff is efficient, effective, friendly and knowledgeable.
Our leadership objectives are to unite those engaged in the recognized
branches of the real estate profession for the purpose of exerting a
beneficial influence upon the profession and related interests. To
promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the real estate
profession as expressed in the code of Ethics of the
NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
To safeguard members’ interest in the real estate profession and to
further interests of home and other real property ownership. To unite
those engaged in the real estate profession in our communities with the
CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. To designate, for the benefit
of the public, those individuals
within the state of California
authorized to use the term REALTORS® as licensed, prescribed and
controlled by the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®.
